Every stock level is the sum of an immutable movement history. No silent corrections, no mystery adjustments — if stock moved, there's a record of when, where, and why.
Chemicals with their papers in order
Every chemical carries a full dossier: active ingredient, concentration, CIB&RC registration number, dilution ratio, re-entry interval, and safety level — surfaced to the technician at the moment of use.
Consumption posts itself
When a technician records chemicals used on a job and completes the visit, stock deducts automatically at the right branch. Field work and stock records can't drift apart.
Branch-true stock
Per-branch stock levels, inter-branch transfers, and low-stock alerts — so a branch never discovers it's out of a chemical the morning of a fumigation job.
Equipment tracked like it matters
A separate asset register for sprayers, foggers, and gear — with serial numbers, warranties, and service dates.

Incoming stock is recorded as a movement at the receiving branch. The ledger grows; history never shrinks.

A branch runs low
A low-stock alert fires. The coordinator raises an inter-branch transfer — recorded as paired movements on both sides.

The job consumes
A technician completes a cockroach treatment and records the gel bait used. Consumption posts automatically against their branch's stock.

The report answers questions
The stock movement report shows every unit's journey — what came in, what moved, what was used on which job.
