Industries
Built pest-control-first.
Generic field-service software makes pest control fit its shape. VectorAxe works the other way around: the compliance, chemistry, and audit realities of pest control are in the product's bones — from the chemical dossier on every product to the certification check on every dispatch.
Native, not configured
Pest control, taken seriously.
These aren't add-ons or custom fields — they're how the platform works out of the box.
Chemical dossiers, on the record
Every chemical carries its active ingredient, concentration, CIB&RC registration number, dilution ratio, re-entry interval, and safety level — and the re-entry interval is surfaced to the technician at the moment of use, not buried in a binder.
Certification-gated dispatch
Bind certifications to service types, and the dispatch screen enforces the binding: a technician whose fumigation certificate has lapsed cannot be assigned. A dispatch-blocks panel shows exactly who can't be sent where, and why. Overrides exist for emergencies — audited, with notes that can never be cleared.
Audit commitments with real SLAs
Contracts carry audit commitments by type, frequency, and reporting SLA — modeled on quarterly GAP-style audits and QSR pre-opening readiness checks. Observations flow to the client portal, where the client's QA team sees them without asking.
Sites with pest-risk levels
Every site carries its address, access instructions, operating hours, contacts, assigned branch — and a pest-risk level that can drive tiered pricing. A food plant and a villa aren't the same job, and the platform knows it.
Proof of service, audit-grade
Versioned checklists pinned to each visit forever, photo evidence, customer signatures, and chemicals used with registration numbers. When a client's FSSAI or GFSI audit comes around, your records aren't the weak point.
The vocabulary is already there
Pests, treatments, application methods, audit types, seasonality — seeded as editable catalog data. Your team starts with an industry-correct system on day one and tailors it to how you actually operate.

B2B + B2C, natively
Both halves of pest-control revenue.
Indian pest control runs on corporate AMC contracts and homeowner one-off jobs. VectorAxe natively serves both: audit commitments, GST invoicing, and a client portal for your B2B book — plus a public storefront with three-step booking and a shop for consumers. Most platforms do one or the other.
B2B
Corporate AMC operations
Contracts, audits, portal, multi-GSTIN invoicing, receivables.
B2C
Consumer bookings & shop
No-account booking, online or COD payment, code-based tracking.
More industries coming
Industry-tailored, not industry-locked.
The pest-specific vocabulary lives in editable catalog data, not in the software's bones. The engine underneath — contracts, scheduling, field execution, invoicing, inventory, portals — is industry-neutral. Facilities management, hygiene services, and adjacent field-service verticals are on our roadmap. If that's you and you'd like to shape it, we'd like to talk.
