- Is there a free trial or self-serve signup?
- No. Every account starts with a demo, because setting up a multi-branch operation well — branches, roles, catalogs, imports — deserves a guided start, not an empty dashboard. The demo doubles as a working session on your actual workflows.
- Can we change plans or add modules later?
- Yes. Modules are switched on per account from our side, and take effect immediately — no reinstalling, no migration. Many customers start with the core platform and add CRM or Inventory once the field operation is settled.
- Can VectorAxe be customized to how we work?
- Configuration is standard on every plan: modules switched on per account, custom roles built from the permission set, editable industry catalogs (service types, pests, treatment areas, audit types), and your branding on every surface. - What does onboarding look like?

- Is the storefront or client portal extra?

- What happens if we stop paying?
