About VectorAxe
Born inside the industry.
VectorAxe wasn't designed in the abstract, from personas and whiteboards. It was shaped by the operational reality of pest control — real AMC contracts, quarterly audit regimes, multi-state GST, and complaints that arrive at 2 a.m. — and it shows in every workflow.
What shaped it
The product is the operating reality, encoded.
Most pest-control businesses run on a patchwork: WhatsApp for dispatch, a notebook for schedules, spreadsheets for stock, Tally for invoices — and when an enterprise client asks "prove the service happened," the proof is somebody's phone gallery.
VectorAxe exists so that the contract drives the schedule, the schedule drives the field work, the field work drives the stock and the invoice — and the client can see all of it.
Real AMC contracts
Per-square-foot pricing, multi-year terms, amendments with effective dates — the contract engine models agreements as they're actually written, not as software wishes they were.
Quarterly audit regimes
GAP-style audits, pre-opening readiness checks, reporting SLAs measured in hours — the compliance rhythms of serving national food and QSR brands are built into contracts and portals.
Multi-state GST
State-wise GSTINs, place-of-supply logic, financial-year numbering, invoices that freeze at issue — because a national client billed wrong once is a client with doubts.
2 a.m. complaints
A roach sighting logged from a restaurant at 2 a.m. starts a response clock, spawns a corrective job by morning, and closes with the SLA on record. That's the industry's real tempo.
Industry-tailored, all-in-one operations software — starting with pest control in India.
The pest-specific vocabulary lives in editable catalog data on an industry-neutral engine — so the same depth can reach adjacent field-service verticals next.
How we work
The traits that survive due diligence.
Honesty is a feature
We document our limitations as carefully as our strengths — in our own engineering docs and in front of your procurement team. If something is on the roadmap rather than in the product, we'll say so before you ask.
Claims are enforced, not asserted
Tenant isolation is proven in both directions. The permission model is machine-verified between the interface and the server. We build so that our claims survive a technical due-diligence call.
Depth over surface
Contracts with append-only amendment history. Invoices that freeze at issue. Dispatch that refuses uncertified technicians. We'd rather do the unglamorous plumbing right than ship another dashboard.
Priced for the industry's real shape
Indian pest control is dominated by district- and state-level operators with fifteen to fifty technicians. They deserve enterprise-grade software priced for their business — not a stripped-down tier of someone else's product.
